Photography used to be my "if I had two more hours in the day" thing. You know - that thing you WANT to do but just "don't have time" (I bet you have a thing, too!). Then, I realized I had to MAKE time, picked up a camera, and dove in headfirst.
You'll quickly learn that diving in headfirst will pretty much describe your entire experience working with me.
I'm all about getting in the water, going for the hike, rolling around, eating ice cream, popping the champagne... you name it. I want our time together to be an EXPERIENCE...It is way more fun that way - and makes for better pictures;)

TRAVEL
For weddings and elopements, I travel for free within 90 minutes of my home base in St. Albans, Vermont. For engagement sessions, I travel for free within an hour of St. Albans.
If we’re going a little further out, here is how it works...
- Engagement Sessions: $75/hour travel fee for up to 4 total additional hours of driving (2 in each direction).
- Weddings/Elopements: $75/hour travel fee for up to 8 total additional hours of driving (4 in each direction).
- If I'm contracted past 8pm and your wedding is more than 3 hours from me, a hotel room may be included in your final package.

- I don't limit locations and outfits—we'll work together to decide the story you want to tell and the best place (or places) based on your vision.
- Sessions can last anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on what we choose to document together.
- Upon booking, you'll get access to the AMP Style Guide for outfit and session guidance. We'll also email, text, FaceTime etc beforehand to make sure you feel confident and ready for your session.
- 4-6 weeks after your session you'll receive a link to your online, sharable gallery with high res downloads and printing rights granted.
- Professional prints and other products are available as a-la-carte options.
Engagement sessions are a great way to get some practice in front of the camera before your big day! Plus, they're a blast (and make save-the-dates extra easy!). I approach engagement sessions with a documentary style so we can tell the story of your relationship. Here's a bit more info:

If you're getting married during the busy season (May-October), the sooner the better. But, the stars could align and I may be open if you inquire last second so it's always worth a shot!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK YOU FOR MY WEDDING?
Something you're comfortable in and that matches the occasion, location and season! If you're comfortable, your pictures will show it. (And if you're uncomfortable, your pictures will show that, too!). I help all my clients pick an outfit or two that they'll love and feel great in. I deliver an extensive Wedding Lounge to clients upon booking. It includes tons of tips and tricks for planning engagement sessions outfits and getting the most out of our time together.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY engagement session?
I live about 40 minutes north of Burlington, Vermont! I spent tons of time walking my pup with my hubby at the farm across our street and enjoying the lake and mountains. And yes, I'm always down to go on a travel adventure;)
I KNOW YOU TRAVEL, BUT WHERE IS YOUR HOME BASE?
I do. I like to describe my first look with my husband as "finally letting out the breath I didn't realize I was holding all morning". It allowed me to be much more present during the ceremony and we did a lot of picture taking before friends and family arrived. Knocking out couple portraits and wedding party portraits before your ceremony will give you more time to spend with the friends and family you want to celebrate with. If it isn't your thing, I also totally support that and we can work your timeline around what feels right for YOU!
DO YOU RECOMMEND A "FIRST LOOK" ON THE WEDDING DAY?
On a wedding day, I take thousands upon thousands. I snap away all day or session long and then pick and choose the images I know you'll love.
