Capturing raw moments and genuine connection that tell your story.

First off, welcome to my teeny tiny corner of the internet in the teeny tiny (but gorgeous) state of Vermont! I'll tell you a little bit more about me (and my dogs, obviously), below but first you gotta start to decide if we're on the same page about what you want out of your session and your images.
Photography is storytelling—a freeze frame in time that will never happen just like that again. Whether it is your wedding or elopement day, feeling your little one kick, or a small (and probably sticky) hand grabbing for yours as you play on the beach, these moments are fleeting.
My approach helps you slow down and stay free and present on your day or in your session as it naturally unfolds so we capture rich, real moments that feel like you, make you feel, and help you relive memories for years to come.
I wasn't born with a camera in my hand and I haven't "wanted to be a photographer ever since I can remember." My passion for photography developed (a bit) later in my life and since then, I would consider it quite the obsession...

Answers to the questions you may not even know you have (yet!).
i heard you were you wondering...
If you're getting married during the busy season (May-October), the sooner the better. But, the stars could align and I may be open if you inquire last second so it's always worth a shot!
If you're looking for a couples, newborn, family or maternity session, timing is a bit more flexible and a few months in advance is usually enough (especially if you're cool with weekdays!). Learn more specifics about maternity and newborn scheduling here!
Something you're comfortable in and that matches the occasion, location and season! If you're comfortable, your pictures will show it. (And if you're uncomfortable, your pictures will show that, too!). I help all my clients pick an outfit or two that they'll love and feel great in. I deliver an extensive Client Lounge to clients upon booking. It includes tons of tips and tricks for planning couples session, maternity, or family outfits and getting the most out of our time together.
I live about 40 minutes north of Burlington, Vermont. I spend tons of time walking my pup with my hubby at the farm across our street and enjoying the lake and mountains. And yes, I'm always down to go on a travel adventure;)
I don't! In a typical 1-2 hour session, I take upwards of 1000+ pictures. On an elopement day, I take thousands. Then, I work hard to narrow them down, edit, curate, and ensure that your final gallery includes images you'll love.
